Engineer-constructing holding, which consists of ОАО «Cherkasagroproekt» and ОАО «PMK-216», offers its services in performing full scope of works connected with design and construction of manufacturing, residential and communal facilities.

Enterprises of our holding have large experience in designing and “key ready” building of agrarian sector projects. This year we’ve designed, built and keep constructing such projects as a formula-feed plant in Zolotonosha, a centre for processing rape seed with a 30,000-ton elevator in Antipovka village, a centre for storing grain “Nibulon” in Zolotonosha region, etc.

For the last decades our designing enterprise ОАО «Cherkasagroproekt» keeps leading positions not only in Cherkasy oblast, but also in whole Ukraine, in the field of designing agrarian sector facilities.

ОАО «PMK-216» performs all the scope of building works, namely:

• earth works of different degrees of complexity, including arrangement of ground bedding by layer-by-layer consolidation method, grounds layout, etc.;
• arrangement of bases under foundations;
• placement of strip and cast-in-place foundations;
• laying of concrete floors;
• construction of roads and driveways (both cast-in-place and prefabricated);
• construction of storage buildings for various product types;
• construction of treatment and water supply facilities (both potable and fire-preventing);
• construction of enterprises’ plant floors and infrastructure (office buildings, transformer substations, boiler rooms, etc.);
• construction of communications, barriers;
•  all kinds of finishing works, etc.

ОАО «PMK-216» possesses all the necessary equipment for performing the abovementioned construction works: bulldozers, excavators, dumpers, autocranes, trailers with tractors and platforms for transporting construction equipment and large-size cargo, inclined-axis mixers (volume — 5-6 m3), rollers for soil compaction (tampers and vibrating rollers), scrapers, asphalt pavers, rollers for asphalt and broken stone laying, graders, etc.

Our enterprises have all the necessary licenses and permits for performing design and construction works, for cargo and passenger transportation.
